Process automation
Business process automation
We connect systems, data and teams to eliminate manual tasks, reduce errors and keep processes moving automatically. When a flow requires interpretation or decisions, we combine traditional automation with AI.
Tell us about your processHow it works
Trigger → rules → systems → action → control
An event triggers the flow: an email, a form, a date, a piece of data.
Conditions and validations define what to do in each case.
Connects with ERP, CRM, databases and tools.
Executes the task: record, send, update, notify.
A record and monitoring of what happened remains.
Our approach
Not every process needs artificial intelligence
Not all problems are solved the same way. In some cases, it's enough to organize the flow, connect tools, and automate repetitive tasks. In others, it makes sense to add artificial intelligence to interpret information, classify, assist decisions, or improve interactions.
First we understand the process. Then we define what type of solution makes the most sense.
Process diagnosis and redesignAutomation vs. agent
Automation or agent?
The difference is how much you need to interpret or decide at each step of the process.
Automation
The path is defined: the steps are always the same and run deterministically.
Agent
You need to interpret context or decide between options in each interaction.
The combination
Most real processes combine deterministic and variable parts.
An email or document arrives, the workflow receives it, AI interprets it, the system validates, a person approves, and the automation records it in the ERP.

What processes we help automate
First we talk about the business process. Then, about the technology.
Systems and integrations
What systems we work with
Automation is designed around the process and existing systems, not around a specific tool.
Two types of automation depending on the process
After understanding the process, we define which of these two paths makes more sense, or a combination of both.
Automation without AI
Flows, validations, integrations, tracking, data loading, data consolidation, and operational tasks that can be solved without adding unnecessary complexity.
Automation with AI
Processes where it makes sense to use artificial intelligence to interpret data, classify information, assist decisions, analyze content, or improve user interaction.
Technology by problem
We choose the architecture based on the operation
We don't sell a specific tool. We choose the technology based on the problem, the system and the team that will maintain the solution.
n8n
To orchestrate flows and connect services in an agile, maintainable way.
APIs
To integrate systems that expose endpoints and structured data.
Code
When the process requires specific logic a tool doesn't cover.
Databases
To consolidate, validate and cross-reference information between sources.
AI
When the flow needs to interpret, classify or decide.
Cloud
So the solution runs reliably and scales.
Real cases
Automations running in real companies
Real cases of automations we've built. Each one is adapted to the process, systems and permissions of the company.
SDP Holding
Problem
Cash flow consolidation required manual loading and review from different sources: banks, Handy, suppliers, operational reports.
Automation
Automation that takes reports loaded in Google Drive, processes them, and delivers them organized to the final cash flow Excel.
Integration
Google Drive, Handy (ERP) and operational reports.
Operational change
Less manual work, more organized information, and a much more agile way to keep cash flow updated.
Fragma
Problem
Generating campaign reports took time, was manual, and required reviewing multiple metrics across different platforms.
Automation
System that automatically extracts Google Ads data, processes it with AI, and generates reports ready to send to clients.
Integration
Google Ads.
Operational change
Faster reports, less manual work, and a scalable way to handle multiple accounts.
SEPECO
Problem
Manually auditing calls was slow, subjective, and hard to scale. There was no real visibility into what was happening in operations.
Automation
System that transcribes, analyzes, and classifies calls automatically, with consistent criteria and at high volume.
Integration
Call recordings.
Operational change
More control, more speed, and better visibility into what's happening in commercial operations.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions about automation
What processes can be automated?
+
Those that repeat often, consume operational time, generate errors or depend too much on people. For example: data loading and validation, document processing, reports, approvals, notifications, reconciliations, ERP/CRM integrations, email, WhatsApp and system synchronization.
Do I need to change my systems?
+
Not necessarily. Automation is designed around the process and existing systems. We work with ERP, CRM, Google Workspace, email, WhatsApp, databases, APIs, documents and internal software, connecting them without replacing them.
Can it connect to our ERP or CRM?
+
Yes. We integrate automations with ERP and CRM to query, record and trigger actions within your operation. If you want to go deeper, see how we connect AI with your ERP.
Do you use AI in every automation?
+
No. Many processes are solved with traditional automation alone: flows, validations and integrations. We add AI when the flow requires interpreting information, classifying, assisting decisions or improving interactions.
What's the difference between automation and an agent?
+
An automation makes sense when the path is defined: the steps are always the same. An agent makes sense when you need to interpret context or decide between options. They're often combined: deterministic parts automated and variable parts handled by an agent.
Do you work with n8n?
+
Yes. We use n8n when it's the right tool to orchestrate flows and connect services. But we don't sell n8n: we choose the architecture based on the operation, combining n8n, APIs, code, databases, AI and cloud depending on the problem.
How do you identify which process to automate?
+
We understand the current process, detect the critical points where time is lost or errors are generated, and evaluate what can be organized, simplified or automated. Process first, technology second.
