A well-founded proposal starts with understanding the process
At Solvo we don't work with generic packages or a single price. Each solution is defined by the process to solve, the systems involved, the volume of work, the integrations required and the level of support needed.
Diagnosis and solution design
Before estimating an implementation, we run a diagnosis of the process to be worked on. We survey the current operation —the current-state assessment (AS-IS)—, the systems, data, owners, rules, exceptions and operational volume.
On that basis we design the target process —the future-state design (TO-BE)— and define which part is best solved with AI, automation, integrations or operational adjustments. That is how we build a well-founded proposal, with scope, stages, investment and maintenance clearly differentiated.
- 1Survey of the current process.
- 2Identification of bottlenecks and opportunities.
- 3Design of the target process.
- 4Definition of scope, integrations and responsibilities.
- 5Implementation and support proposal.
What a Solvo proposal includes
- Functional and operational scope.
- Implementation and validation stages.
- Required integrations and dependencies.
- Implementation investment.
- Maintenance, support and future evolution.
After understanding your operation, we prepare a clear and realistic proposal to move forward with judgment.
